The flowers we ordered arrived on the scheduled date, however they were already drooping and discolored. We immediately had to add water and the following morning had to remove a handful of stems and put them in the trash. I emailed the store and they replied immediately and had a fresh bouquet (free of charge) delivered the following morning. Every time we've ordered we've loved the flowers. This was a fluke happening and they fixed it immediately.
