My wife loved the rose arrangement. They were nicely prepared and the communication with staff was excellent. One disappointing item was that we discovered the vase the arrangement came with had a chip at one of the corner when we took it out of the box it came in. We were hoping to use the vase again but won’t be able to due to the chip.
